Mark’s BBQ Service
Mark’s is now offering a BBQ Service on a new portable charcoal pig roaster and two bay chicken pits. Both are mounted on a trailer, so it can be done at the shop or set up at your private party or event.
100 person minimum
Prices to serve at your party are as follows:
Pig Roast (Meat Only) $7.50 / person
Chicken Roast (Meat Only) $7.50 / person
Pig & Chicken Roast (Meat Only) $12.00 / person
The following prices include choice of two salads and a roll with all plates, napkins and plastic ware:
Pig Roast $12.00 / person
Chicken Roast $12.00 / person
Pig & Chicken Roast $15.00 / person

Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Cole Slaw
Pick-Up prices are as follows:
Pig or Chicken Roasted $3.95 / pound
Pig will be an additional $150 for roasting
